Thailand phuket property rental- villa is conveniently located at the southern end of
Patong, high on the hillside, very room are Ocean view and overlooking
Patong bay. Only minutes away from world-class beaches, shopping,
dining and nightlife of Phuket.

Rental rate per day;
Low Season: 1 May-30 Nov: 850 USD
High Season: 16 Jan- 30 April/ 1 Dec- 14 Dec: 1,300 USD
Peak: 15 Dec- 15 Jan: 2,000 USD
Payment and cancellation conditional
- 30% deposit on reserve the Villa.
- Balance due 1 month prior to the booking.
- Failure to pay balance voids reservation deposit.
- On short notice(less than 1 month) 100% of the booking transferred prior to stay.
- In extreme short notice (day before) 100% paid on arrival.
- No refund if within 1 month of month of booking, and we try to reschedule bookings and deposits rather than refund.
- Security deposit 20,000 baht upon arrival. We return back if nothing damage upon departure.

Room: Each room with Ocean Views and Garden View; Master bed with their own attached bathrooms and each with fantastic views across Patong Bay with Romantic Jacuzzi, good for family and group friend.
Swimming Pool: Swimming pool: some 14 meter, infinity edge pool.
Entertainment: Cable UBC channel, Home Theater, DVD Player, Play Station, TV (Plasma Screen), Stereo etc.
Internet: Wireless and Broadband PC
Kitchen: Full international equipment, feel free to cook by yourself if you need.
Staff/Cook: Staff 2 person full time to take care of you.
Villa Manager:Manager to seeing you everyday to make sure that every great during you stay and organized tours, massage trip, transfer and all activities as you need.
Food: Complimentary food: Daily Breakfast (American or Continental style)
Thai Meal, Lunch and Dinner in our menu at cost, some snack on arrival
BBQ or Seafood on request at cost from the market and cooking for you without charge.
Drink: Soft drink on first arrival, additional at cost from the market price.
Laundry: Complimentary during stay.
Transfer: Transfer from airport, provide complimentary same flight (VIP van)
